One global delivery center

Built for daily overlap, not overnight handoffs.

Rather than scattering engineers across many time zones, Cystem X keeps delivery together in one center in Gujrat, Pakistan, and shifts working hours to create real-time overlap with each client's own region.

Cystem X delivers every engagement from a single global delivery center in Gujrat, Pakistan, staffed by senior and mid-level engineers who work standard business hours aligned to each client's region. Rather than scattering a team across many time zones, we keep delivery teams together so communication stays fast and accountability stays clear.

Time-zone aligned teams

Our core hours are Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00 PKT (UTC+5). For active engagements we shift working hours to create meaningful daily overlap with client teams in the Gulf, Europe, Africa and North America, so stand-ups, reviews and incident calls happen in real time rather than through overnight handoffs. Every engagement gets a named point of contact who is reachable during the agreed overlap window.

Secure remote delivery

All delivery work happens inside a controlled environment: company-managed laptops, multi-factor authentication, least-privilege access to client systems, and encrypted connections for every remote session. Clients retain visibility into who on our team can access what, and access is revoked the moment an engagement ends or a team member's role changes. Sensitive or regulated engagements can be delivered from a locked-down environment with additional monitoring, agreed with the client in advance.

Governance model

Every engagement has a single accountable architect on our side and a named point of contact on the client side. Status reporting, risk logs and change requests flow through this relationship, which keeps decision-making fast even on multi-team programs. For larger managed services we add a joint steering committee that meets on a fixed schedule to review service levels, risks and roadmap priorities together with the client.

How the engagement models work day to day

Cystem X offers three operating models, and most clients choose the one that matches how predictable their requirements are:

  • Fixed-scope project - delivery runs against an agreed statement of work, timeline and set of deliverables, with scope changes handled through a documented change-request process rather than informal requests.
  • Dedicated team - embedded engineers join your sprint cadence and tools, functioning as an extension of your own team, while Cystem X continues to manage their performance, continuity and professional development.
  • Managed service - Cystem X takes ongoing operational responsibility for a system or function, governed by service levels agreed up front and reviewed on a regular cycle with your team.

Many clients start with an assessment or a fixed-scope project, then move to a dedicated team or managed service once the relationship and the technical approach are proven.

What time-zone overlap looks like in practice

A client team in the Gulf typically shares a four to five hour working-hours overlap with our delivery center, enough for a live daily stand-up and same-day turnaround on blocking questions. Clients in Europe generally get two to three hours of overlap, usually scheduled around a single daily sync, with asynchronous updates filling the rest of the day through a shared backlog and status channel. North American clients work almost entirely asynchronously with us, which is why we lean harder on written documentation, recorded demos and a clear weekly cadence for those engagements rather than relying on real-time conversation.
