Accessibility Statement

Our commitment
Cystem X is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, speech recognition software, or keyboard-only navigation. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
Measures we take
To support accessibility, this website is built with:
- Semantic HTML - headings, lists, landmarks and form labels are marked up so assistive technology can understand the structure of each page.
- Keyboard navigation - all interactive elements, including the navigation menu, mega menus, accordions and the contact form, are designed to be operable without a mouse.
- Visible focus indicators - interactive elements show a clear focus outline so keyboard users can always see where they are on the page.
- Descriptive text alternatives - meaningful images carry descriptive alternative text, and purely decorative icons are hidden from assistive technology so they do not add noise.
- Color contrast - text and interactive elements are designed to meet WCAG AA contrast requirements against their backgrounds.
- Responsive layout - pages are built with fluid, relative sizing so content remains usable from small phone screens up to large desktop and ultra-wide monitors, and can be zoomed without breaking the layout.
Known limitations
Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time fix. As with most websites, some areas may not yet fully meet every WCAG success criterion. For example, some third-party embedded content, such as the Google Maps link on our Contact page, is outside our direct control. We review this website periodically and work to address any gaps we identify.
Feedback and reporting a barrier
If you encounter any accessibility barrier while using this website, please let us know. We want to know about it so we can fix it. You can report an accessibility issue through our Contact page - select "Something else" as the inquiry type and describe the page, the barrier you encountered, and, if possible, the assistive technology or browser you were using. We will review accessibility feedback as a priority.
Formal complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility report, you remain free to pursue any rights available to you under applicable law.
