Managed Services & Dedicated Engineering Teams

Extend your capacity with vetted engineers, dedicated pods and managed operations - delivered from our global delivery center with transparent governance.

Overview

Hiring is slow, specialized skills are scarce, and not every organization wants to carry the overhead of a full internal team for every capability it needs. Cystem X extends your engineering capacity through three models: managed services, where we run defined operational functions like a network operations center, SOC or application support desk against agreed service levels; dedicated teams, where a pod of engineers works as an embedded extension of your organization on your roadmap; and staff augmentation, where we place individual architects, DevOps and SRE engineers, backend, frontend and mobile developers, data specialists, QA engineers or AI/ML talent into your existing teams. All delivery runs from our global delivery center, with transparent reporting, defined escalation paths and governance that gives your leadership visibility into cost, capacity and performance at any time. For organizations building a long-term delivery presence, we also support build-operate-transfer engagements, standing up and running a dedicated offshore team that can eventually transition to being fully yours.

How we deliver

A consistent four-stage delivery path, from first assessment to ongoing operation.

  1. Assess

We clarify the capability gap, whether it needs a managed function, a dedicated pod or individual augmentation.

  2. Design

We define the team structure, service levels, reporting and governance model before anyone is onboarded.

  3. Build

We recruit, vet and onboard the right engineers, ramping the team against an agreed schedule.

  4. Operate

The team or managed function runs against agreed service levels, with regular reporting and governance reviews.

Outcomes

What changes for your organization once this pillar is in place.

Faster capacity scaling

Vetted engineers and pre-built delivery processes mean new capacity ramps in weeks, not months.

Predictable governance

Regular reporting and clear escalation paths keep leadership informed without needing to manage day-to-day delivery.

Retained institutional knowledge

Dedicated teams stay engaged over time, so your context and history do not leave with every rotation.

Lower delivery cost

A global delivery model reduces cost per engineer without compromising on vetting or governance.

2 to 4 weeks. A focused review that produces clear findings and a prioritized roadmap: a current-state review, prioritized findings and an actionable roadmap for closing the capability gap.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a dedicated team and staff augmentation?
A dedicated team is a complete pod of architects, developers and QA working as one unit on your roadmap. Staff augmentation places individual specialists into your existing team structure.
How do you vet engineers before placing them on an engagement?
Candidates go through technical assessment, practical evaluation and reference checks before being proposed, and we remain accountable for their performance throughout the engagement.
Can a managed service be scoped around service levels we define?
Yes. Managed service agreements are built around the response times, coverage hours and reporting your organization requires, not a fixed package.
What happens if an engineer on our dedicated team is not the right fit?
We replace them promptly at no disruption to the engagement, since the commitment is to the outcome and the team, not any individual placement.
Is build-operate-transfer actually a full transfer, or do you stay involved indefinitely?
Build-operate-transfer is designed around an agreed transition point where the team, knowledge and operations move fully to you, with a defined handover plan from day one.
What time zones and working hours do your teams cover?
Core hours are Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00 PKT (UTC+5), and dedicated teams and managed service functions can shift their schedule to overlap with your business hours for active engagements.
